No, we speak to all levels throughout the organization as requested. Some organizations arrange to have one session with both front-line and formal leaders present, followed by a “deeper dive” session with the formal leaders. This best practice allows for greater team building as front-line workforce team members will see their leaders learning too. It builds trust to have formal positional leaders in at least one of the sessions with the front-line because it demonstrates the importance of the material and also shows that the formal leaders are bought in at a high level.
The leadership principles apply regardless of whether the group is front-line workforce members, top level executives and leaders, or anywhere in between. Leadership isn’t just for formal positional level leaders, because everyone needs to know how to first lead themselves well within their position or job, and then influence others effectively and positively. We tailor the examples and stories we share to make the presentation more relevant to different levels, but the principles apply to all people!
We are experienced in providing training for or speaking to a wide range of groups from: manufacturing team members, C-level leaders, front-line team members, restaurant services, healthcare providers, realtors, sales groups, educational providers, government groups, military service members, professional association groups, SHRM groups, and many more.
