In this interview, Mack speaks with Mike Hough, CEO of GAT Airline Ground Support.

GAT is headquartered in Peachtree City, GA near Atlanta and has approximately 5,000 team members located across at least 48 states and 12 locations in Canada. Mike has purchased nearly 1,000 of Mack’s books and has led his “C” level leaders through a book study on Blue-Collar Leadership & Culture: The 5 Components for Building High Performance Teams. Those leaders then began conducting book studies with those who report to them. Then, the cycle was repeated at each leadership level until all of the front line supervisors throughout the entire organization had also participated.
