Blue-Collar Leadership® delivers training that speaks directly to the heart of the blue-collar world. We’re not your typical suit-and-tie speakers dishing out corporate buzzwords. Our approach was forged on the shop floor, avoids corporate jargon, and dives into real, gritty stories that resonate with workers, supervisors, and leadership teams alike.

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS
Meet Mack Story – He built his foundation in the blue-collar world, kicking off as a frontline machine shop operator. Over time, he amassed more than 11,000 hours steering hundreds of manufacturing leaders and teams toward process improvements, leadership development, organizational shifts, and cultural transformation-serving both as an in-house expert and an independent consultant.
Meet Ria Story – She launched her journey as a waitress, juggling her GED and evening community college classes.
Climbing the ranks in healthcare, she earned her B.S. in HRM, an MBA, and rose to Director of Corporate Compliance at a large hospital, now bringing over 20 years of hands-on leadership and management expertise to the table.

Speaking Engagement Terms:
Our standard speaking fees range from $10,000 to $25,000, with full payment or 50% deposit required to secure your date(s). Once booked, we arrange travel and reserve the slot exclusively, so rescheduling requests may not be accommodated. Session speaking or training hours must be consecutive (with appropriate breaks) on the same day. The event coordinator is responsible for providing the venue, all necessary A/V equipment, and, at our discretion, a table for selling additional books and merchandise (not applicable for all events).
